Cancellation Policy

📌 Your appointment is reserved just for you. Please provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit, as your reserved time and prepared products cannot be recovered or offered to another client. Thank you for your understanding.
📌 Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. As a courtesy, one late arrival may be rescheduled. Any additional late arrivals requiring rescheduling will forfeit the deposit.
