CANCELLATION POLICY

🌿 Divine Flow Aesthetics Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🌿 Hi gorgeous! Here are a few housekeeping rules. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, please review the following policy: 📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 📌 No-Call/No-Show Failure to show up for an appointment without calling or texting is unacceptable and will forfeit your deposit. Any no- call/no-shows, will have to contact the office to make future appointments and will require full prepayment. 📌 Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the full service fee will still apply. 📌 Emergencies & Illness I understand life happens.
